I Need Your Help, Really

I've got a Class III emergency here and need immediate help.

I was coming home today and found a newborn kitten abandoned in the parking lot in front of my house. I could hear the crying from my living room so I took it in, against my brain's better judgment. Its eyes aren't even open yet. I have no idea what to do.

I read online not to feed it cow's milk, instead substituting goat's milk infused with other goodies. Problem is there's no goat's milk here. I'm about to go around to various markets to see what they have in the way of formula or something, I don't know...

Seriously, WTF should I be doing?

Warmth is important for the first couple weeks, if you can make a box with clothes in at and maybe a hot water bottle or a heating pad set to low off to the side (don't want the kitten too hot if it can't move away yet) that would work. I'm not sure what the weather is like there but it may shiver if it's cold. You should be able to find kitten formula at any pet store there and possibly a market. If no pet stores exist you'll have to make your own. Many recipes use evaporated milk with other goodies (unflavored gelatin, corn syrup, etc.). You are right about the goats or sheeps milk, high fat is good. They recommend avoiding cow due to lactose problems I think.
It may take a while to ship but if there is anything you want me to express there to you please let me know.

Its also important for the first week or two to keep them in a low-light situation (especially when they first start to open their eyes).
